Yunomori creates a unique experience of relaxation and healing by bringing together the two ancient practices of Japanese Onsen bathing and Thai Spa therapies.
Yunomori offers a wide range of Onsen baths and facilities. From the simple and traditional to the modern and technological, each bath provides a relaxing and therapeutic experience as well as its own set of benefits.
Filled with the clearest, most restorative hot spring water that Thailand has to offer, Yunomori’s Onsen baths use water bought directly from the lauded springs of Kanchanaburi’s Wat Wangkanai. For nearly two decades, Wat Wangkanai has attracted thousands of visitors with the healing benefits of its thermal waters, and now the holistic benefits of these waters can be enjoyed in the heart of Bangkok.
Onsen Mineral Water Bath
Filled with the purest spring water delivered directly from Kanchanaburi’s Wat Wangkanai’s healing thermal springs, the Mineral Water Bath is a holistic bathing experience. Mentally and physically stress relieving, this hot bath relaxes the mind and muscles, whilst the mineral content of the water works to alleviate numerous ailments.
The Soda Spa is the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. With new technology imported directly from Japan, the hot spring water is enriched with a high concentration of CO2. Soaking in carbon dioxide-rich water increases blood oxygen levels, which improves circulation, reduces high blood pressure, and detoxifies the blood. The Soda Spa’s CO2 technology also relaxes the body but tightens the skin, aiding with anti-aging. Nutrients are increased in the body tissues, improving skin elasticity, and contributing to a youthful glow.
Let powerful water pressure massage away the day’s stresses. Ideal for aches and pains, full-body jet streams of air relieve tension and soothe the muscles as you relax in this therapeutic bath. As you lay down, the oxygenated water stimulates your blood circulation and metabolism, assisting in weight loss whilst you simply relax.
An open-air bath set in our traditional Japanese garden. Be at one with nature as you bathe in the peacefulness of the outdoors. A beautiful bath for quiet reflection and relaxation.
Individual traditional teak wood tubs allow a personal experience for further reflection and relaxation. The natural teak wood is smooth and aromatic, giving an intimate and peaceful setting perfect for ultimate relaxation, de-stressing, and refreshment.
Refreshing and invigorating, the Cold Bath’s 17-19°C water stimulates the body’s natural energy and nerve endings. The contrasting temperature of this bath to the other hot baths makes it a wonderfully enlivening bath to dip into. The Cold Bath also has aesthetic anti-aging benefits, closing the pores and tightening the skin.
The temperature in our dry heat sauna rises to 80-95°C to encourage sweating for ultimate purification. The heat opens the pores, cleansing the skin, relieving tension, and refreshing your body.
At 100% humidity, our Steam Room’s wet heat opens the pores and detoxifies the skin and body. Cleansing and soothing, the Steam Room rejuvenates the skin, relieves joint and muscle pain, and relaxes the body and mind.
